Pioneering British rapper, producer, and songwriter Dizzee Rascal will return to Melbourne for a special performance at the Royal Botanic Gardens this summer for Live at the Gardens on Friday 4 December, as part of his highly anticipated We Want Bass Australian and New Zealand tour.

Joining him is iconic crossover dance music icon Example, one of the UK’s standout rap artists Arrdee, and Australian-Indonesian genre-defying DJ Swaglord Savannah.

Dizzee Rascal
Dizzee Rascal (born Dylan Kwabena Mills) is a boundary‑breaking British rapper from East London who helped put grime on the global map. Blending sharp lyricism with euphoric hooks and club-ready production, Example carved out a lane that bridges rap and EDM, with hits like Changed the Way You Kiss Me cementing his crossover appeal.

ArrDee
ArrDee (Riley Davies) is a Brighton-born rapper who’s quickly risen to become one of the UK’s most recognisable young voices. Breaking through in 2021 with his viral verse on Body, he followed up with a run of chart hits including Oliver Twist, War and Flowers (Say My Name), blending catchy hooks with sharp, fast-paced bars.

Fusing UK drill, hip-hop and pop sensibilities, ArrDee’s style is defined by witty wordplay, high-energy delivery and a relatable, cheeky personality that’s resonated across the scene. His debut project Pier Pressure landed at No. 2 on the UK charts, cementing his place as a breakout talent with serious momentum.

DJ Swaglord Savannah (Savannah Regan) is a Perth-based, multi-genre powerhouse bringing high-energy chaos to every set. Blending everything from hip-hop and R&B to drum & bass, techno and dubstep, she’s known for seamlessly jumping between styles while keeping crowds locked in from start to finish.

With a bold stage presence and razor-sharp mixing, she’s built a reputation as one of Australia’s most exciting open-format DJs, supporting global heavyweights and lighting up festivals like Touch Bass and Seasons.
